i see that i commented on this before but i'm taking another look at it - there's a very interesting difference in the way the light is hitting the two pipes even though they are side by side... darker shadow and brighter highlight on the left, everything softer on the right. intriguing...

oh yes ! and to tell the truth. in terms of light and shadow it was almost impossible to take this shot at all. and i am sure tht the analogue traveler would have had to bring larger reflectors to come close ;-)
