Great image, reminiscent of Gursky "Rhein II" picture.

Great, minimalist composition

such wonderful light ! it is also good to have the dykes for a better position (a little bit higher would be even better ;-) ). normally they are a bit of a nuisance to the tourist because there is no free sight of the sea anywhere around

not sure about the cropping yet. i would prefer it to look more abstract, as :iconfigueline: also has recommended ...

or the lower two thirds ??? - mmmh ;-)

mmmh... I don't think so. I still prefer the other two thirds :aww: or maybe even the whole middle third + the lower third of the upper third... :giggle: and then crop the best square ;-)

it was fantastic light, there even was a thunderstorm going on in the background. i just stopped to climb up the dyke to have a look at the sea (you can never see it directly there, because of the dyke - and the sheep :giggle:). and then there was THIS view - and i even brought the right lens along :boogie:

Looks like stillness in motion. It also did remind me of the expensive Gursky but only briefly. This is much different to me.
