Travelling to find real-life deviants ...

When I learned a couple of weeks ago that Caroline would have an exhibition of her wonderful and sensitive sea-bird aquarells in the beloved city of Saint-Malo in June/July, I was planning to go at once. And it happened, that my other DA-friend from there, Patrick invited me to his home to make this possible.
So I hit the road on June 28 a little bit anxious about what would be expecting me. But only minutes after arriving on a hot Sunday afternoon in Patrick's garden chatting along in three languages (more or less fluent) with Patrick, his wife and with Caroline it was so very clear, that this meeting would be special. Now I can say that I enjoyed a marvellous week of generous hospitality, inspiring discussions, excellent food and drink and beautiful field-trips. Thank you ever so much!
